Aluxe Cakery is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We package each cookie individually and take caution to ensure safe shipping. Once we drop off your package for shipping, it is out of our hands and we are no longer held responsible for the condition it arrives in or any delays that may occur.

All orders ship out on Mondays & Wednesdays! Pick up and drop offs are available in the surrounding Philadelphia, PA area.
